Ivy oversees daily operations, supports executive leadership, and ensures exceptional customer satisfaction across the organization. With a diverse professional background at leading brands including AT&T, Marriott, and BMW, Ivy plays a key role in training and developing high-performing teams in the financial wealth industry. Her operational leadership and strategic execution continue to drive the rapid growth and expansion envisioned by founder Guy Baker.

Ivy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from National University in San Diego and was on the deans list, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Child Development from Cuyamaca/Grossmont College.

An Orange County resident since 2002, Ivy lives with her husband and three children, Xala, Zionjacob, and Zoeilove. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants with family and friends.
